巢湖农业面源污染控制的生态补偿措施和政策思考

摘要： 本文通过对巢湖流域种植业，畜禽养殖业，水产养殖业的污染源调查，分析当前造成巢湖农业面源污染的原因，并且结合外部性理论，提出采用生态补偿的方式的治理措施，包括项目补偿、产业结构调整、发展生态农业等方面，同时探讨了巢湖农业面源污染控制的生态补偿政策。

Abstract: According to pollution investigation of crop production, fish breeding and poultry raising in Chaohu Lake, we analyze the reasons of agricultural non-point pollution, and combine with the theory of externality to put forward controlling measures by ecological compensation, including project compensation, The adjustment of industrial structure, development of ecological agriculture and so on, at the same time we discuss ecological compensation policies in controlling Agricultural non-pollution.
