摘要: 本研究以两种甜椒基因型为试验材料,采用4种药剂(包括两种抗生素和两种杀菌剂)9个不同水平处理,研究其对甜椒花药培养的花药膨大率、花药污染率、花药褐化率和胚状体发生率的影响。研究结果表明0.5~1.0 ml/L山农一号Ⅲ对甜椒花药污染抑制效果较好,对胚状体发生抑制最小,可以应用于甜椒花培实验。

Abstract: Two sweet pepper genotypes were analyzed by 4 kinds of reagents on 9 different levels,including 2 antibiotics and 2 bactericides. The effect of them on anther swelling, contamination, browning and embryo production were detected. The results indicated that 0.5~1.0 ml/L Shan Nong Yi Hao Ⅲ was good at controlling anther contamination and embryo production, which could be used for sweet pepper anther culture.
