摘要: G蛋白偶联受体 (GPCRs) 是一类重要的细胞表面受体,通过G蛋白介导着多种生物学途径,其介导的信号转导机制及其作为药物靶标的研究已成为研究热点之一。本文运用生物信息学的方法,对稻瘟病菌全基因组序列中可能的cAMP类GPCR基因进行了生物信息学分析,为深入研究cAMP类GPCR基因的结构和生物学功能奠定了基础。

Abstract: G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are a class of important cell surface receptors, which mediate many biological pathways through G proteins. Studies on signal transduction mechanisms mediated by GPCRs and using GPCRs as drug targets have become a new hot area for research. In this study, we analyzed the cAMP receptor-like GPCR genes of Magnaporthe grisea genome sequence through bioinformatics approaches. Our results will facilitate to further understanding the structures and functions of cAMP receptor-like GPCRs.
