河北省4个黄顶菊居群的遗传多样性和遗传分化

Genetic diversity and differentiation among four populations of Flaveria bidentis in Hebei provinc, China

摘要: 利用AFLP技术对黄顶菊(F.bidentis(L.)Kuntze)的4个地理居群进行了遗传多样性和遗传分化的研究,并调查了4个地区与黄顶菊种群有关的信息。结果表明4个黄顶菊居群的遗传多样性具有明显差异,居群间遗传分化显著。分析表明黄顶菊居群遗传多样性随着入侵时间的延长和扩展尺度的增大而迅速的提高,与其原产地纬度相似的黄顶菊居群遗传多样性表现为最高。黄顶菊现有遗传结构的形成与其生活史特性、入侵生态学特性以及种群发育阶段有关。聚类分析表明4个居群间具有明显的种源地的地源性亲缘关系。

Abstract: AFLP was used to analyze genetic diversity and differentiation of four populations of Flaveria bidentis(L.)Kuntze in Heibei province,chian; Information about four populations was also investigated. The results showing relatively high genetic diversity and significant genetic differentiations among four populations of F.bidentis(L.)Kuntze. The results of analysis indicating genetic diversity increased rapidiy accompanied by time and expanding of the population scale;the population in similar latitude of its origin had the highest genetic diversity.the formation of Genetic structure at present it is because its characteristics of life history and invasion ecology, and the stage of population. Seedsof F. bidentis are spread by w ind and water resulting in close biogeographic relationships among the populations occurring in neighboring regions
