摘要： 本文主要对近年来广西选育成的桂绿1号等新品种品系通过石蜡切片法，并采用光学显微镜观察叶片解剖结构特征，探索叶片解剖结构中的叶片、角质层、表皮细胞、栅栏组织、海绵组织等厚度及栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值、栅栏组织层数、细胞长度等与产量、适制性、抗逆性之间的相关性，为茶叶科研、生产利用提供科学依据。

Abstract: This papers explore the correlation between the thickness of blade、cuticula、epidermis cells、fence form、sponge form，the ratio of the fence form and sponge form，the layer of the fence form，the length of cell and the yield，suitable system，resistance of the blade anatomical structure by paraffin section method and observing in optical microscope using tea varieties in Guangxi，such as the No.1 of Guilv， and provide a scientific basis for tea scientific research and production。
