芦笋抗旱生理生化特性研究初报

Elementary Study on the Mechanism of Drought Resistance of Asparagus Officilins

摘要: 用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)胁迫芦笋幼苗,检测幼苗的渗透调解物质含量、生物膜透性、抗氧化特性,结果表明:脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量随着处理时间的延长显著增加,且以20%的PEG浓度处理增加最明显;SOD、POD、CAT活性在PEG处理后也明显增强,但不同浓度处理之间差异不显著;相对电导率随着处理浓度的增大和时间的延长而增大;MDA含量随着处理时间的延长明显增加,且以10%和20%浓度处理增加显著。由此说明,芦笋在干旱胁迫下通过增加渗透调解物质含量,降低水势,提高保水力来提高其抗旱能力;通过增强抗氧化酶活性,提高抗氧化能力,是减轻干旱胁迫伤害机理之一。

Abstract: The seedlings of Asparagus officinlis being retreated with different concentration of PEG-6000 were measured content of osmoticum, permeability of biomembrane and antioxydization characteristics. The results indicated that the contents of free Pro and soluble sucrose increased significantly with the increase of dealing time, and treatment of 20% PEG-6000 was the most effective; the activities of CAT, POD and SOD increased prominently under the treatment of PEG too, but the effects of the different concentrations of PEG0-6000 had little difference; the relative conductivity improved with the increase of contents of PEG and dealing time; contents of MDA increased with the longth of dealing time ,and contents of MDA significantly increased under treatment of 10%and 20%PEG.All these indexs showed that Asparagus officinlis has abilities to adapt drought stress to some extent by adjusting osmotic substance, decreasing water potential and improving water maintenance; By improving protective enzymes activity ,Asparagus officilins improved antioxydization ability to reduce damages of drought stress.
