摘要: 土壤微生物是植物-土壤系统中比较活跃的组成成分,土壤微生物多样性代表着微生物群落的稳定性,对植被的生长发育和群落结构的演替具有重要作用。本文通过植物类型、植物多样性、植物不同生长发育阶段、同一植物不同基因型、植物根系分泌物和外来植物入侵对土壤微生物多样性的影响分析,探讨植物和土壤微生物多样性之间的内在联系,为植物保护和农业可持续发展研究提供参考。

Abstract: Soil microorganism is an active factor in plant-soil ecological system, soil microbial diversity represents the stability of soil microbial community, which is of importance in both plant growth and development and its community succession. In this paper it was through the analysis of effects of plant type, plant diversity, different growth stages of the same plant, plant root exudates and exotic plant invasion on soil microbial diversity to discuss the interrelationship between plant and soil microbial diversity for providing references in studying of plant protection and agricultural sustainability.
