摘要：

土地资源可持续发展是可持续发展战略的基本内容，包括土地资源的生态可持续性、经济可持续性和社会可持续性。科学技术是土地资源可持续发展的重要支撑和有利手段。基于河北太行山区土地资源可持续发展面临的主要问题，从生态农业技术、3S技术、节水农业技术、设施农业、山区教育和科技投入等方面提出科技进步促进土地资源持续发展的对策。

Abstract:

Sustainable development of land resources, including of the economic, ecological and social respects, is the basic content of sustainable development strategy. Science and technology is an important support and a favourable means to promote the sustainable development of land resources. On the basis of the facing main problems of the sustainable development of land resources in Hebei TaiHang mountainous areas, this paper puts forward some measures depending on scientific and technological progress
