陕西凤县栽培党参中宏量和微量元素含量测定

Determination of Macro-and Trace-elements in Radix Codonopsis Cultivated in Fengxian,Shaanxi Province

摘要: 本实验选用硝酸和高氯酸(4∶1)的混合消化液作为消解剂进行微波消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定陕西栽培党参中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Ca、K、Na、Mg等8种宏量和微量元素的含量,所用方法简便,快捷,重复性好。结果表明,陕西栽培党参中含有丰富的宏量和微量元素,4种宏量元素中,K的含量最高,为8166.7 ug/g,含量高低依次为: K (8166.7 ug/g) >Na (2562 ug/g)>Ca (2455.7 ug/g)> Mg (1762.7 ug/g);在所测的4种微量元素中,其含量依次为:Fe (543.7 ug/g) >Zn (66.3 ug/g) >Mn (16.2 ug/g) >Cu(8.3 ug/g)。此结果为探讨微量元素与党参的药效关系提供了一定的科学数据。

Abstract: The macro-and trace-elements(iron, zinc, copper , Manganese, calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium)in radix codonopsis were determined by FAAS assisted with microwave digestion procedure. The method is simple and convenient and has good repetition. The results showed that: Abundant macro-and trace-elements were detected in radix codonopsis. The contents of the 4 macro–elements were K (8166.7 ug/g) >Na (2562 ug/g)>Ca (2455.7 ug/g)> Mg (1762.7 ug/g). The contents of the 4 trace–elements were Fe (543.7 ug/g) >Zn (66.3 ug/g) >Mn (16.2 ug/g) >Cu(8.3 ug/g). The results will provide scientific datas for discussing the relationship between the contents of these elements in radix codonopsis and the medical effects.
