Abstract:

【OBJECTIVE】In the context of the fact that strengthening flow of land management right has become more and more important in rural reform and development, analyzing how to promote rural land management flow reasonably.【METHOD】Using method of literature to collect research data, and using method of survey research and summary experience to deeply analyze the problem.【RESULTS】Flow of land management right has great effect on promoting rural economic development and optimizing of industrial structure. However, due to a variety of subjective and objective factors, flow of land management right in our country is still faced with many obstacles. Publicity work should be prepared to mobilize grass-roots cadres and the masses, circulation of agricultural land market mechanism should be established and improved, and government should play a proper role so that flow of land management right should carried out successfully. 【CONCLUSION】Market mechanisms and government services are both very important in promoting rural land management flow. Rural service industry should be developed and innovated so that land management right can flow rationally and rural economy can develop successfully.
