摘要: 采用大田随机区组设计,研究了不同的施氮水平和不同的栽培密度水平对精量穴直播晚稻培杂泰丰一些生理特性的影响。结果表明:氮肥和密度可以显著改变一些生理特性,增加施氮量能够显著提高叶绿素含量,提高光合速率,提高植株吸氮量。SOD活性随衰老逐渐下降,POD活性随衰老先降低后增加,MDA活性随衰老先增加后下降。

Abstract: By methods of field trials and randomized blocks design, the effects of nitrogen fertilizer and density on physiological characteristics of precision hill-direct-seeding rice was studied in this experiment.The result indicated that different treatment of nitrogen fertilizer and density can change physiological characteristics significantly. Chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and plant absorbed nitrogen content was improved with the increasing amount of the nitrogen fertilizer increasing. Following aging,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity decreased gradually,peroxidase (POD) activity firstly decreases and then increases,the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) firstly increases and then decreases.
