摘要:

摘要:桑葚,又名桑果,桑椹。鉴于其含有丰富的营养物质和功能成分及良好的开发利用前景,本文综述了近十年来国内外对其功能成份及其开发利用的进展,系统地介绍了桑葚的化学成份、活性物质相关研究、开发利用情况及目前存在问题与展望,旨在为今后桑葚的进一步研究与利用提供参考。

Abstract:

Abstract: Mulberry, its name is Sorosis, Mulberry Fruit. In view of the rich nutrient substance and good developing and using foreground, in this paper, ten years domestic and foreign research and development and use on mulberry was reviewed, has discussed the Chemical Composition, active substance, the situation of developing and using, broad prospects and existing problems systematically in order to offer reference of further studies and exploit of Mulberry from now on.
