高粱亲本遗传距离与杂种优势相关性分析

Correlation Between Genetic Distance of Sorghum Parent Lines and Heterosis

摘要: 为探明高粱亲本在DNA分子水平上的遗传距离值与杂种优势之间的相关关系,通过采用微卫星分子标记技术对11 份有代表性的高粱亲本材料进行遗传距离值测算,并组配了10 份杂交种进行株高、穗长、穗宽、茎粗、穗粒重、千粒重等性状的杂种优势测定。研究结果表明:11 份材料之间的遗传距离值为0.208~0.574,平均为0.431。相关分析结果显示,10 份杂交种中,穗粒重的杂种优势指数与相应亲本间的遗传距离值呈极显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.830,其他性状相关系数均较小。但由于参试组合少,与亲本未能完全对应,因此亲本间遗传距离与杂种优势的相关性仍需进一步研究

Abstract: In order to reveal the genetic distance of sorghum parents on DNA level and its correlation with heterosis, the genetic distances of 11 sorghum parent lines were calculated by the method of microsatellite molecular marker technology, and the heterosis of plant height, ear length, spike wide, stem diameter, grain weight, thousand seed weight of 10 coeno-species were measured. The results showed that the genetic distance data among 11 materials were 0.208 to 0.574 with the average of 0.431. The correlation analysis showed that the heterosis index of the grain weight was significantly and positively correlated with the genetic distance values with the correlation coefficient of 0.830 of 10 coeno- species, the correlation coefficient of other characters was small. However, because of the lack of test combination in this study, which could not entirely corresponded to parents, the correlation between the genetic distance of parent lines and heterosis needed to be further studied.
