大丽花快速扦插繁殖技术的改进措施研究

Study on refined methods of rapid cuttage technique of Dahlia Pinnata

摘要:

扦插繁殖法是大丽花最常见的繁殖方法之一,但由于扦插介质和采取的措施不同而导致生根率和成活率差异明显,为了提高扦插繁殖的生根率和成活率,着重进行此项研究。在总结前人经验的基础上,加上多年的实践,笔者从多种扦插介质和扦插方法中选择出较理想的三种介质和两种方法,并进行合理搭配形成六个组合进行试验,最终选择出最理想的扦插介质和扦插方法。结论如下:通过六个组合试验发现,最理想的扦插介质是珍珠岩,最有效的扦插方法是“带泥丸扦插法”;其次,“带泥丸扦插法”还解决了由于扦插介质本身存在的缺陷而导致的生根率和成活率低下较的问题,也就是说“带泥丸扦插法”可以弥补扦插介质的不足。

Abstract:

Cuttage is one of the common methods in breed of Dahlia, but their rooting and survival rate exit obvious differences because of different medium and measures. In order to increasing the rooting and survival rate, we carry out this research. Under the former experiences and many years’ practices, we screen and get three idea medium and two methods, and then design six assembles to test. The study showed that perlite is the best medium, and “cuttage with soil” is the best measure. “Cuttage with soil” can solve and make up for the questions which caused by cuttage itself.
