红掌愈伤组织分化培养相关影响因素的研究

Study on relative factors of the callus differentiation culture of Anthurium andraeanum

摘要:

研究了品种、基本培养基、激素处理、愈伤组织切块大小对红掌愈伤组织分化培养的影响。结果表明:相同条件下,不同品种红掌愈伤组织的芽诱导率、生长速度、生长状况相差较大; 1/2MS基本培养基中芽诱导效果最好,分化苗粗壮、较高、叶绿;激素配比以BA 2.0 mg/L、NAA 0.1 mg/L最佳,不定芽分化数量最多,平均每块愈伤组织产生14.8个不定芽;愈伤组织切块为10×8×5mm3时,愈伤块膨大倍数高、不定芽分化数多,且分化苗长势较好。

Abstract:

Abstract: The influences were studied of variety, basic medium, hormone combination and slice block of callus on the callus differentiation culture of Anthurium andraeanum. The results have suggested that, in the same cases, bud induction rate, growth velocity and growth status of different varieties of callus of Anthurium andraeanum has larger difference. The suitable medium for bud induction was 1/2MS basic medium,and Differentiation seedlings grew more haleness and taller, and their leaves are green. The optimum hormone combination was BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L with the largest number of adventitious bud differentiation ,and each callus produced 14.8 adventitious buds on the average. When the slice block of callus was 10×8×5mm3, callus enlarged more times, adventitious bud differentiated much more and growth vigor of differentiation seedlings was much better.
