硝基苯污染对水稻生长发育及稻米安全性的影响

摘要:

摘 要:硝基苯是一种带有苦杏仁味的、无色的油状液体,密度比水大。硝基苯有毒,是制造染料的重要原料。硝基苯对农作物的生长发育有多大的影响,以往的研究得并不多。本研究以水稻哈04-34为材料,研究了有机污染物硝基苯对水稻生长发育、产量性状及稻米安全性的影响。结果表明硝基苯处理抑制水稻的生长发育,表现为拖后抽穗、延缓抽穗进程、延迟成熟等症状;水稻在产量上均有不同程度的下降,主要是由于每穴穗数明显下降;用硝基苯污染水灌溉的水稻,污染达到国家标准浓度的3倍以上的稻田区没有种植水稻的价值,低浓度条件下只要水稻能正常成熟,其植株和籽粒中均不能检测出有机污染物的残留。

Abstract:

Abstract: Nitrobenze is oily colorless liquid with flavor of bitter, which is denser than water. Nitrobenze ,which is poisonous, is important material to manufacture dyestuff. There were less research of nitrbenze on growth of crop. Take rice line Ha04-34 as material, effect of contamination of nitrobenze on rice growth, yield traits and food security were studied. The results were as follows: effect of nitrobenze on rice growth were delaying heading and maturity, and reducing spikes per hill. The paddy, when concentration of nitrobenze was above 3 times of state standard in irrigating water, could not cultivated rice, and it had not detected nitrobenze residue in seed only the rice could to maturity.
