摘要: 金融危机后续效应加速显现,其威胁程度远远超出最初的预计。在这背景下,咸宁作为欠发达的地级城市,其人才工作应正视现状,顺势而为,从贴紧宏观政策,强化人才投资观念;提升特色产业,促进人才资源整合;放大区位优势,拓展人才联通渠道等方面着手,为建设鄂南经济强市提供强有力的人才支撑和智力保障。

Abstract: Abstract: Follow-up effect of accelerating the financial crisis emerged, the level of threat far beyond the original anticipated. Against this background, Xianning as a prefecture-level cities in less developed, human resources work should face up to the status quo, conform to the trend. Closely aligns the macro-policy, to strengthen the concept of investment in human resources. Enhance the characteristics of industrial, promote the integration of human resources. Expansion of the integrated resources, personnel exchanges and cooperation in efforts to explore the development of an effective path, to provide a strong pool of talent and intellectual protection for building E'nan established City.
