国槐离体培养及高效再生体系的优化

摘要:

以国槐枝条为材料,研究了国槐离体培养及再生体系,探讨了不同激素组合对国槐无菌芽的产生、愈伤组织的形成、分化、增殖以及生根的影响,筛选出适合国槐枝条无菌芽诱导、无菌芽各部分形成愈伤组织、分化和增殖的培养基为MS+ BA1.0mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L;有利于生根的培养基为1/2MS+ NAA0.3mg/L。

Abstract:

The paper studied the isolated culture and regeneration system of Sophora japonica using its shoots, and discussed the effects of different hormone combination on asepsis bud, callus, differentiation, reduplication and rooting. The results show MS+ BA1.0mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L is optimum medium for induction of asepsis bud, callus; differentiation and reduplication; MB+BA1mg/L+NAA0.1+30g/L sucrose +8g/L agar is optimum medium for differentiation; 1/2MS+ NAA0.3mg/L is the optimum medium for rooting.
