133份小麦亲本材料氮磷利用效率的聚类分析

摘要: 根据小麦亲本材料子粒、叶片和茎秆的氮、磷含量,采用聚类分析,将133份小麦亲本材料分成了氮高效、吸收氮能力差和氮低效3类,和磷高效、费磷和磷低效3类,同时还筛选出了7个氮素利用效率和磷素利用效率均较高的亲本。方差分析表明,氮素和磷素利用效率不同的3类亲本,各器官的类间变异均大于类内变异,经F测验,氮素利用效率不同的3类亲本的子粒、叶片和茎秆的含氮量均存在极显著差异,而磷素利用效率不同的3类亲本的子粒和叶片的含磷量存在极显著或显著差异,茎秆含磷量类型间差异不显著。

Abstract: According to nitrogen and phosphorus contents in grain, leaf and stem of wheat parent materials, 133 wheat parent materials were divided into nitrogen high-efficient parents, low-ability parents in absorbing nitrogen and nitrogen low-efficient parents and team were also divided into phosphorus low-efficient parents, phosphorus-wasted parents and phosphorus high-efficient parents, cluster analysis was adopted in the paper. There were 7 wheat parent materials whose nitrogen and phosphorus utilization efficiency were higher. Variance analysis showed that their was more variable among classes than in class for organs. By F-test, difference of nitrogen contents in grain, leaf and stem were significant for parent classes that nitrogen utilization efficiency was different. And difference of phosphorus contents in grain and leaf were significant for parent classes that phosphorus utilization efficiency was different. But differences of phosphorus contents in stem were not significant for parent classes that phosphorus utilization efficiency was different.
