摘要：

超排的目的在于从单位供体母牛获得量多质优的胚胎，并通过移植获得更多优良牛后代或通过冷冻保存优良牛和珍稀牛种的遗传资源。本文分析影响牛超数排卵效果的外源激素、供体状况、超排-冲胚次数、超排的季节、环境、技术等主要因素，介绍国内外牛超排处理的主要方法及超排效果。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective of superovulation was to get more quantity and high quality embryos from individual donors, which produced out more excellent offspring cattle by embryo transfer technique and conservation more heredity resource of choiceness cattle and rare bovine breed by embryo frozen. Mostly factors such as exogenous hormone, donor status, number of superovulation and recovery embryos, superovulation season, environment, technique and so on, which affect the effect of superovulation were discussed. And mainly methods and effect of cattle superovulation of native and international were introduced in the paper.
