伴生小麦的生物学和遗传学特性研究

摘要:

摘要:调查研究了伴生小麦的生物学和其遗传特性,并应用A-PAGE方法对普通小麦和伴生小麦进行醇溶蛋白遗传分析。结果表明:伴生小麦植株高,茎杆细,分蘖多,分蘖成穗率高,叶片细长,穗粒数30-35粒左右,千粒重20-30g左右,种子休眠期通常比小麦长,伴生小麦为自花授粉作物,与小麦杂交能够结实,有42条染色体,醇溶蛋白遗传分析表明,伴生小麦属于普通小麦类型。

Abstract:

Abstract: Experiment was conducted to study on the characteristics of biological and genetics of semi-wheat. The gliadin composition of common wheat and sime-wheat was analyzed by A-PAGE.The results showed that the plant height of the semi-wheat was taller than cultivated winter wheat cultivars, the stalk diameter was slender, the numbers of tiller was more,earbearing tiller percentage was higher. The numbers of seeds per ear were nearly 30~35. 1000-seeds weight of semi-wheat were nearly 20~30g. Seeds dormancy was more time than winter wheat. Semi-wheat was self-pollinating species.It can product seeds that sime-wheat had been crossed with varieties of wheat.The number of chromosomes of sime-wheat was 42.The sime-wheat belong to wheat species.
