Abstract: Being in arrears with migrant workers’ payment has become a serious problem in recent years in china. It gives rise to wide-ranging and profound affection. In order to solve this problem, we both need to strengthen law enforcement, that is to say, labor administration should give full play to its law enforcement and supervisory function, punishing those units late for paying migrant workers in accordance with law; and it needs government to strengthen influence, to dispense rigidly management and supervise in the law’s frame section; furthermore, because the cares from all fields have their limitations, what’s more important it needs migrant workers to care for themselves, to pioneer a solving method which suit for themselves.
