Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to study progress and trend of farmland property rights system in last 16 years. Methods of co-word analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis and multi-dimension analysis are implied. The results indicate that the hot point of research are main body, character, structure, function, powers, market, reform route of farmland property rights system. The conclusions are as follow as: (1) there are many questions of theory and practice to settle; (2) the hot points of research are ownership, land circulation and farmland market; (3) new technique and methods are implied far and wide; (4) farmland property rights must be reformed.
