粮食作物空间诱变育种技术工作研究进展

摘要:

1987年以来,先后成功的利用返回式卫星(15次)和飞船(6次)进行生物搭载试验,选育出一批优良新品种、新品系,其中通过省级以上审定的30多个,并在各地推广应用,取得明显的经济效益和社会效益,同时,在空间诱变育种机理研究上也取得重要进展。各地实践证明,空间诱变育种是集太空育种技术与农业育种技术相结合的高技术育种新途径,具有明显加快育种进程,缩短育种周期,提高育种效益的作用

Abstract:

Since 1987,by using of recoverable satellite (15 times) and spacecraft (6 times) to conduct bio-carrying test, a group of new fine varieties and lines have been developed successfully, of which more than 30 have been examined and approved by authorities concerned at provincial level and above. They have been applied and popularized widely at different places in China and significant socio-economic benefits have been gained. Meanwhile, great progress has also been made on the study of the mechanism of space mutation breeding. The practice has proved that the space mutation breeding is a new way for high-tech breeding which has combined astronautics technology with conventional breeding technology. It has played a significantly role in speeding up breeding process, shortening breeding cycle, and improving the efficiency of breeding.
