砀山酥梨芽变“97-05-9”的RAPD分析

Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis of Dangshansu pear sports “97-05-9”

摘要: 摘 要:利用RAPD分子标记技术对37份梨种质资源进行了遗传亲缘关系及分类研究。从80个随机引物中筛选出27个引物进行扩增,应用SPSS 11.0 for Windows软件进行聚类分析。聚类分析结果表明:不同梨品种之间存在明显的遗传差异,砀山酥梨与营养系变异97-05-9具有很近的亲缘关系,归为一类。且砀山酥梨与其营养系变异“97-05-9”有14个引物扩增出18条特异性条带,变异位点较多。

Abstract: Abstract: In this study ,The genetic relationship of 37 pear germplasm resources was evaluated by Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD)technique. 27 arbitrary primers used in the study were screened from 80 ones. According to the data of RAPD-PCR, the cluster analysiswas done by the SPSS 11?0 forW indows.The result of cluster analysis showed that there were significant genetic differences among the different pear cultivars , the relationship between Dangshansu pear and their sports “97-05-9” was so close that they were clustered in the same groups,, and 18 characteristic bands between “Dangshansu peaf”and “97-05-9”were amplified in 14 primers by RAPD-PCR.
