花生壳纤维素提取及半纤维素与木质素脱除工艺探讨

Study on Extraction of Cellulose and Removal of Hemicelluloses and Lignin from Peanut Hull

摘要:

为了获取优质的纤维素,以花生壳为原料,通过对纤维素提取工艺的探讨,确定了既能保持纤维素提取量,又可较多脱除半纤维素和木质素的工艺条件。试验结果表明,在NaOH溶液的质量分数为4%、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为2 h条件下,半纤维素的脱除率为80.67%;在15 g/L NaClO2和31 mL/L乙酸联合处理、处理温度75℃条件下,木质素脱除率为47.29%。提取出的花生壳纤维素含量可达40%以上。说明在此工艺条件下,能够提取出含半纤维素和木质素较少的优质纤维素。

Abstract:

To get the high quality cellulose, by studying on the extraction technology of cellulose from peanut hull, the author had determined the technique of more extraction contents of cellulose and bigger removal rate of hemicellulose and lignin. The results showed that the removal rate of hemicellulose was 80.67% under the conditions of NaOH concentration 4%, extracting temperature 50℃, extracting time 2 h. The removal rate of lignin was 47.29% under extracting mixed liquor include both 15 g/L NaClO2 and 31 mL/L acetic acid, extracting temperature 70℃. The content of cellulose extraction was more than 40%. It illustrated that the high quality cellulose with lower contents of hemicellulose and lignin was extracted under the above process conditions.
