双价抗虫棉中棉所41丰产稳产性及其简化栽培技术研究

摘要: 2002—2003年在关中东部和中部进行了转基因抗虫棉品种(系)鉴选试验和大面积生产示范。结果表明,中棉所41具有较好的株型结构,果枝节位较高,果枝第1、2间节长度较长,株高、果枝、果节和叶片空间分布较为合理,利于增强近主茎中心空间通风透光性。中棉所41成铃集中,铃重衣分高,早熟性好,对关中棉区生态条件具有良好的适应性,比33B增产9%~39.8%,具有常年能高产,灾年少减产的丰产稳产性。同时,提出中棉所41促早简化栽培技术。

Abstract: The selective test of transgenic boll worm resistant cotton variety and demonstration experiments of cotton production were conducted in east and middle of Guanzhong cotton region of Shaanxi province from 2002 to 2003. The results showed that CCRI-41(double gene cotton Bt+CpTI) presented a good plant type structure, higher fruit branch, longer 1st and 2nd fruiting positions, rational spatial distribution of height, productive branches fruiting positions and leaves so that it may be strengthen ventilate and bright in the center space near stem. CCRI-41 was with more concentrative bolling, bigger boll and higher lint percent, better early-maturity, good adaptability to the local environment. In comparison with 33B,CCRI-41 lint yield,which raised more in normal year and reduced less in disaster one, was increased by 7.9%~39.8%. Meanwhile, it provided the combined technique for early-sample culture of CCRI-41.
