摘要:

生物质能源因其具有优良的环境友好性和可再生性而备受关注。开发利用生物质能源对废弃资源回收、能源结构转换、环境改善和保护等方面具有重大意义。笔者综述了目前生物质能的主要利用和开发形式,分析了生物质的热裂解机理,生物质热裂解技术的几种典型工艺和各种裂解装置的特点。此外,开发出规模化生产和成套设备的热裂解工艺是目前亟待解决的重要课题,亦是生物质热解发展的一种趋势。

Abstract:

Biomass energy has attracted considerable attention owing to its excellent environmental friendliness and renewability. It is significant to explore and utilize the biomass energy in various aspects, including waste recycling, conversion of energy structure, environmental improvement and protection, and so forth. The author reviews the application and development of biomass energy, and analyzes the mechanism of pyrolysis and the typical technology of biomass pyrolysis process, as well as the characteristics of a variety of cracker. In addition, developing a large-scale production and reactor is an important issue and also the tendency of biomass pyrolysis in the thermal cracking process.
