摘要:

研究不同栽培措施对云木香产量的影响,为云木香GAP栽培技术提供科学依据。研究采用L9(34)正交设计研究不同种植密度、底肥施用量、追肥量和采收期4因素和产量之间的关系,进行了多因子和单因子相关分析。结果表明,云木香获得高产的最合理密度为20 cm×30 cm;底肥最优施用量为每公顷30000 kg,复合肥450 kg;追肥最优施用方法为复合肥450 kg/hm2+尿素300 kg/hm2混合施用;次年10—11月采挖有利于提高云木香根茎产量。

Abstract:

To study the effect of different cultivation measures on the yield of Aucklandia lappa in order to provide scientific basis for GAP cultivation techniques. To adopt L9(34) orthogonal design to study the effect of different densities, base fertilizer, additional fertilizer, collecting time on yield of Aucklandia lappa by analyzing multiple-factor and single-factor. The results showed that the suitable measures of high yield of Aucklandia lappa were as follows: density of 20 cm×30 cm, 30000 kg farmyard manure added 450 kg compound fertilizer each hm2 as base fertilizer, 450 kg compound fertilizer and 300 kg urea as additional fertilizer each hm2, 10-11 months as collecting time.
