铁观音低产茶园综合改造成效分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Transformation in Tie-guanyin Low Yield Tea Garden

摘要:

铁观音低产茶园综合改造是提高产量和品质的有效技术措施,对稳定提升乌龙茶产业具有重要意义。笔者对元昌基地和安溪县茶叶研究所基地铁观音低产茶园综合改造的效果进行分析,结果表明:铁观音低产茶园提纯后纯度达(97.6±0.603)%~(99.5±0.467)%,苗木纯度可达(99.9±0.067)%,比未提纯的高出9.7%,提纯结果与对照的差异均达到极显著水平;改造后供试点土壤pH明显提高,均值分别达到4.64和5.06;铁观音的种植成活率均值分别达(99.3±0.513)%和(99.5±0.5)%,比老茶园高5.13%~9.17%,差异达到显著水平;改造后第2年和第3年分别增产10%和15%以上,增产效果明显;综合改造后品质得分比对照高出3.05~9.46分,与对照差异达显著或极显著水平,品质平均提高1个等级以上。

Abstract:

Yield and quality are improved by the technology of low yield tea garden comprehensive transformation in Tie-guanyin, that had significance for stable and promoting oolong industry. The effect of Tie-guanyin low yield tea garden comprehensive transformation was analyzed in Yuanchang base and tea research institute base in Anxi. Results showed that variety purity was (97.6±0.603)%-(99.5±0.467)% after purification in Tie-guanyin low yield tea garden, seedling purity was (99.9±0.067)% higher 9.7% than those without purification, the differences of purification results with control were very significant. After transformation, the soil pH was significantly increased for the trial, and mean were 4.64 and 5.06 respectively. The means of Tie-guanyin planting survival rate were (99.3±0.513)% and (99.5±0.5)% respectively, which higher 5.13%~9.17% than the old tea garden, the differences were significant. The yield had increased 10% in second year and 15% in third year; effect on yield increase was obvious. Quality score was higher 3.05~9.46 than control after comprehensive transformation, the differences were very significant or significant, and the quality was increased one grade averagely.
