桑树不同组织的水提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用研究

Study on the Inhibiting Effects of the Aqueous Extract from Different Mulberry Organizations on the α-Glucosidase

摘要:

桑树含有多种生理活性物质,具有较高的医学应用价值。本研究测定了桑树不同组织的水提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制效果。结果表明:桑树不同组织水提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶都有一定的抑制作用,但它们抑制的效果有所不同,其中,桑籽水提物的抑制作用最强,其抑制率为85.4%,而桑叶水提物的抑制率最低,仅为33.9%,且不同浓度的水提物以及水提物与酶作用的时间不同,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制的作用也有所不同。该文为解释桑树降血糖作用,选择适当桑组织来开发降血糖药剂,拓展桑树的综合利用领域提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Mulberry is widely applied in medicine because it contains many active substances. The α-glucosidase inhibition of aqueous extract from different mulberry organizations is determined. The results show that the extract from different mulberry organizations exhibits different inhibiting effects, Aqueous extract of mulberry seeds exhibits the strongest inhibition, the inhibition rate reaches 85.4%, the inhibition rate of mulberry leaves is the lowest for 33.9%. The α-glucosidase inhibition rate is also different under different concentrations of aqueous extract and the different time of aqueous extract incubating with enzyme. This paper provides a theoretical basis for selecting the appropriate mulberry tissue for producing α-glucosidase inhibitor and improving the comprehensive utilization of mulberry resources.
