摘要：

黑龙江省勃利县农业发展面临着资源和环境的巨大压力，因此，在对勃利县十一个乡镇调研掌握农业发展现状的基础上，本研究运用SWOT分析法对其农业发展的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势进行分析，并从绿特色农业发展；加强农业基础设施建设、农业科技创新、农村干部队伍建设；发展农村合作经济组织；党在农村的各项政策的贯彻落实等方面，对勃利县农业发展提出了相应的对策。本研究对制定勃利县未来农业发展的战略具有至关重要的意义。

Abstract:

Agricultural development meted the huge pressure of resource and environment in Boli County of Heilongjiang Province. So after the present situation of agricultural development were surveyed and mastered in 11 villages and towns of Boli county its opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in SWOT method，and the countermeasures of agricultural development of Boli county were proposed on green and special agriculture development; strengthening the construction of agricultural basic facilities, innovation of agricultural science and technology and the construction of rural cadre team; developing the rural cooperative economic organizations; carrying out and implementing the various rural policies of the Chinese Communist Party.
