NaOH处理提高辐照芒草木质纤维素酶解效率的研究

Study on NaOH Treatment to Enhance Enzyme Decomposition Efficiency of Lignocellulose from Chinese Silvergrass Treated by Irradiation

摘要: 为了提高辐照处理芒草木质纤维素的酶解糖化效果,本试验选用经过400KGy 60Co γ-射线辐照处理的芒草样品,考察在不同NaOH浓度、时间以及温度下处理对辐照芒草酶解产还原糖量的影响,得出最佳NaOH处理条件组合。正交试验结果表明,使用1.5℅浓度的NaOH,在100℃条件下,水浴4h的辐照芒草样品,经酶解还原糖含量高达452.49mg/g。葡萄糖和木糖分别由纤维素和半纤维素定向转化而来,二者回收率依次为92.59℅和75.98℅。

Abstract: In order to improve enzyme decomposition efficiency of lignocellulose from Chinese silvergrass treated by irradiation, this experiment selected Chinese silvergrass of 400KGy 60Co γ-ray irradiation, investigated the yield of reducing sugars in different NaOH concentration ,time and temperature by enzyme treatment, then obtained the best optimum conditions. The results showed that the concentration of 1.5%NaOH at 100℃ for 4h,the reducing sugar production was high to 452.49mg/g. Glucose and xylose were respectively converted from cellulose and hemicellulose, their rate of recovery were run up to 92.59% and 75.98%.
