EFFECT OF WATERLOGGING ON GROWTH AND GENERATION AT DIFFERENT STAGES IN CORN PLANT

摘要: 本文对玉米不同生育时期水淹胁迫后的生理变化进行了研究。结果表明,水淹导致细胞活性氧代谢失调,膜脂过氧化作用加剧,MDA含量增加,过氧化氢酶活性迅速下降,玉米叶片叶绿素含量下降。在水淹条件下,植物体内保护酶活性与膜脂过氧化水平有紧密的关系。

Abstract: Systenatic study was carried out on the physiological change of corn under different waterlogging stress at different growth stages.The rerults indicated that waterlogging caused the imbalance of active oxyen metabolism in plant cells,lead to an extensive membrance—lipid and increase of MDA content , the activity of CAT and chlorophyll content dropped . Under waterlogging stress , there appeared to have a close corrdation between the tissue ability to controol lipid peroxxidation and its ability to retain solutes.
