摘要： 在马铃薯脱毒苗的组织培养及快速繁殖过程中，经常出现各种各样的、非正常苗的情况，这给生产造成了一定程度的损失。在多年的试验研究及总结前人经验的基础上，系统的分析了这些异化苗的形成原因——不良的环境条件是导致这些情况发生的主要原因。并根据不同的生产目的，提出了预防此类苗出现的相应对策，以期减少在组织培养过程中因异化苗的出现而对生产造成的经济损失。

Abstract: During the tissue culture and fast produce of potato, all kinds of exceptional tube-plantlet turn on, these give some destroy in produce. On the basis of many years trial and quantity of experiments, really analysis the produce reason of the exceptional tube-plantlet: that is bad circumstance conditions is the direct reason. At the same time, give out the settle method of these things, in order to reduce some destroy.
