摘要： cDNA-AFLP是优秀的mRNA指纹图谱技术 ,具有可靠性强，多态检出率高等特点。利用这一技术，在不需要预先知道DNA序列信息的情况下就可以同时进行很多cDNA酶切片段的PCR扩增分析。本研究以小麦栽培品种为材料，对cDNA-AFLP技术的关键技巧作了研究和详细叙述，并建立起了该技术体系。

Abstract: cDNA-AFLP is considered as the most powerful mRNA fingerprinting technique，and it’s high reliability and powerful approach in detecting polymorphism loci. The technique can be amplified analyze many cDNA fragment of restrictied and it requires no prior sequence characterization of the target genome. Using wheat of planted variety as materials ,it was studied and detailed description of key technique of cDNA-AFLP technique,and the technique system was built.
