益母草属植物种子发芽、细胞培养及其化学成分研究进展

The Advances on Seed Germination, Cell Culture and chemical constituents of Leonurus

摘要: 通过对益母草属(Leonurus)药用植物的种子发芽及其标准、染色体核型、组织及细胞悬浮培养、有效成分及引种栽培等的系统阐述,认为益母草及其该属药用植物资源丰富,具有多种化学有效成分和药理活性,应用价值前景广阔。但其组织培养及其细胞悬浮培养报道较少,利用组织培养提高其药用成分含量研究尚需进一步探索,应加快该方面的研究,为更加合理、有效地应用益母草及其该属药用植物提供参考。

Abstract: The standard of seed germination, karyotype, cell culture and suspension culture, active ingredients its introduction and cultivation of Leonurus cardiaca L. and medicinal plants of Leonurus was discussed systematically in the thesis. The resources of medicinal plants of Leonurus was very rich with a variety of chemical active ingredients and pharmacological activity, has broad prospects for application of value. But its tissue culture and cell suspension culture was reported less and its study on improving content of active ingredients using of tissue culture plant need be explorated further and speed up the research. The thesis provided reference for a more rational and effective use of motherwort and medicinal plants of Leonurus.
