温湿度对牛膝菊和红花月见草种子萌发的影响

摘要:

为明确牛膝菊和红花月见草种子萌发对温度和温度的反应,开展了牛膝菊和粉花月见草在6种温度和5种湿度下种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数的研究。结果表明,牛膝菊的最适萌发温度25℃,最适萌发温度为40%;粉花月见草的最适萌发温度为28℃,而最适萌发湿度也为40%。非最适温度和湿度对种子发芽势影响较大,降低了种子发芽指数。

Abstract:

The present study was carried out to explore the response of seed germination of Galinsoga parviflora and Oenothera rosea to temperature and humidity. Germination percentage, germination potential and germination index was examined in 6 different temperature and 5 kinds of humidity. It was showed that the optimum germination temperature of G. parviflora and O. rosea was 25℃ and 28℃ respectively. Optimum germination humidity of both weeds was 40%. The non-optimum temperature and humidity influence germination potential and index, which delay seed germination.
