Ca2+对淹水胁迫下辣椒幼苗生长和碳水化合物含量的影响

Effect of Ca2+ on Growth and carbohydrate contents of Pepper Seedlings Under Root-zone Flood Stress

摘要:

为了研究辣椒幼苗(Capsicum frutescent L.)在淹水胁迫环境下,Ca2+对其幼苗生长及碳水化合物的影响,以花溪党武辣椒为试材,通过Ca2+浸种处理,研究不同时间(0、3、6、9、12天)根际淹水胁迫下Ca2+对辣椒幼苗生长和碳水化合物含量的影响,研究结果表明:干鲜重在胁迫达到第12天时,除地上部干重外,淹水加钙处理与纯淹水处理均达极显著水平。碳水化合物方面,在变化规律达峰值时,蔗糖、果糖含量在根、茎、叶中均表现为Fl+Ca>Fl>CK;可溶性糖含量在根、茎、叶中表现为Fl>Fl+Ca>CK;葡萄糖和淀粉含量在茎、叶中表现为:Fl+Ca>Fl>CK,根中则为CK>Fl>Fl+Ca。Ca2+对淹水胁迫下辣椒幼苗的生长及碳水化合物含量产生很大的影响,本研究结果对淹水胁迫的继续研究及应对措施提供理论支持。

Abstract:

In order to studied the effect that Ca2+ to the growth of Pepper seedling (Capsicum frutescent L.) and carbohydrates content under different time (0 day, 3 days, 6 days, 9 days and 12 days) with the root flooded stress, we used Huaxi Dangwu pepper as the material by Ca2+ soaking treatment. The results showed that, flooding add Ca2+ and flooding achieved significant level except aboveground department dry weight on 12 days. In carbohydrates aspects, the content of sucrose and fructose were Fl+Ca > Fl > CK in roots, stem and leaves, the content of soluble sugar was Fl > Fl+Ca > CK in roots, stem and leaves, the content of glucose and starch were Fl+Ca > Fl > CK in stem and leaves, CK > Fl > Fl+Ca in roots. Influence of Ca2+ on impact the growth of pepper seedling and carbohydrates under water flooding, the results obtained might give some guidance for studying and countermeasures of flooding stress.
