Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to analyze the method of rural collective construction land gradation and provide innovation for administration of rural collective construction land transformation. This paper is based on the questionnaire surveyed in Tiefeng District and explores the method of rural collective construction land gradation according to multiple stepwise regression method. It reveals that: (1) It is helpful for gradation of rural collective construction land that the index system consist of rural community economy, rural infrastructure and population, which reflected the resources feature of rural collective construction land. (2) The correlation coefficients of distance from the town center and road type were 0.834 and 0.633, which have the most influence. (3) Collective construction land of administrative villages was separated in space. So it is rational that administrative villages conduct grading units. In the end, the paper tried to put forward some countermeasures on the basis of the above research.
