高职农业院校中职和普高起点学生学习状况调查与分析——以广东农工商职业技术学院园林技术专业调查为例

A Survey and Analysis about the Study of Medium Vocational Graduates and Higher Vocational Graduates in Agricultural Vocational Colleges —— Taking Landscape Architecture of Guangdong Industry Business Polytechnic College as the Example

摘要: 为进一步了解高等职业院校中中职和普高起点学生的异同并开展差别化教学,采用调查问卷的形式,对2类学生经过1年课程学习后所表现出来的学习目的及专业认知度、学习信心和课程满意度、对专业课学习情况和效果、现状满意程度和职业发展4个方面进行调查分析。结果显示,2种起点学生在学习目标、学习兴趣、学习信心,认可职业资格考证等具正面表现,均认为高职学历不能满足其职业生涯需要;相反,课外拓展时间与主动性,专业水平提高,职业生涯规划不明晰等具负面表现。针对中职起点学生,应更注重其课外拓展能力的提升,采取多样的教学手段调动其专业兴趣与专业认同感,提高其学习信心与耐心。

Abstract: In order to study the similarities and differences between medium vocational graduates and higher vocational graduates in vocational college, further differentiated instruction could be applied. In this paper, questionnaires were used to study about the two sorts of students at the end of first-year course, the learning purpose and major recognition, learning confidence and course satisfaction, master the knowledge and learning about professional courses, life satisfaction and career development were contained. The results showed that both of them had well performance in learning objectives, learning interest and confidence, agreed with the professional qualification examination, thought the vocational school diploma couldn't meet their demand. Instead, time and initiative in expanding professional knowledge, professional level and career development were with poor performance. For the medium vocational graduates, teachers should focus more on their ability to expand professional knowledge, take various measures to mobilize the specialty identification and interest, and improve their confidence and patience in learning.
