脆片加工型紫色甘薯筛选品种比较试验

Comparison Test on Different Purple Sweet Potato Varieties for Chip Processing

摘要: 为了筛选出适合脆片加工使用的紫薯品种,以‘山川紫’为对照,2011年引进8个紫薯品种进行比较试验,从经济性状、生物学特性以及蒸食品质等方面进行筛选鉴定。结果表明:各品种表现不一,其中‘京紫6号’、‘桂紫12号’综合表现较好,鲜薯产量分别达到30214.5 kg/hm2和28042.5 kg/hm2,分别比对照高58.2%和46.8%;商品薯率较高,分别为88.2%和86.3%;薯块大小中等且整齐度好;口感软香甜粉,粗纤维量少,食用品质优良。这2个品种为初步筛选出的在经济性状、生物学品质以及蒸食品质方面符合脆片加工使用的品种。

Abstract: In order to select good quality and high yield purple sweet potato varieties which were suitable for chip processing, eight purple sweet potato varieties were introduced and tested in 2011 compared with Yamakawamurasaki, the economic characters, biological characteristics and the food quality were the standards to select and evaluate. The results showed that, the performance of‘Jingzi No.6’and‘Guizi No.12’were better than other varieties, they had higher fresh yield, which were 30214.5 kg/hm2 and 28042.5 kg/hm2, respectively, increased by 58.2% and 46.8% compared with control, and the commodity potato rate, which were 88.2% and 86.3%, was higher than other varieties, and they also had medium and neat tuber size and better taste. The two cultivars were the selected varieties which were suitable for chip processing in biology characters, economic characters and tastes.
