生姜中抗黑曲霉活性内生细菌的筛选与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Antagonistic Ginger Endophytic Bacteria for Aspergillus niger

摘要: 为了找到一株具有安全、高防霉性特点的内生菌,以解决高水分粮食储藏时使用化学防霉剂的安全、成本问题。试验使用70%乙醇、10%次氯酸钠、5%石碳酸对生姜进行表面灭菌,使用研磨液梯度稀释结合平板划线法从生姜中分离到13株内生细菌。通过菌体对峙试验得到1株对黑曲霉具有明显抑制作用的内生细菌JT716。结合形态学特征、生理生化试验以及16S rDNA同源性分析鉴定该菌为荧光假单胞菌。

Abstract: In order to find a safe, mildew resistance endophytes to solve the problems of safe and cost of the use of chemical fungicides. Ginger was surface sterilized by using 70% ethanol, 10% sodium hypochlorite and 5% phenol. 13 endophytes were isolated from ginger by using gradient dilution and streak plate method. After repetitive co-culture on PDA plates, results showed that the growth of Aspergillus niger could be strongly inhibited by JT716. According to the morphology characteristics, physiology and biochemistry tests, the comparison of 16S rDNA sequence, JT716 was similar to Pseudomonas fluorescens.
