灰色局势决策法在苦瓜强雌系育种中的应用

Application of Grey Situation Decision Method to the Gynoecious Line Breeding of Bitter Gourd

摘要:

为了开展苦瓜强雌系育种多因素综合评估,有效选择苦瓜优异种质资源及筛选优良组合,应用灰色局势决策法,对配制的9个苦瓜强雌系杂交组合F1代的各主要性状进行综合评判。结果表明,9个组合的13个性状的权重系数大小顺序为:总产量>单瓜重>结果数>横径>单瓜长>前期产量>肉厚>雌花率>茎粗>叶面积>节间距>第1朵雌花开放的天数>主蔓第1朵雌花开放时节位。综合测度结果表明,43×K1综合效果测度值最高,为0.9343,定为优良组合重点配制。

Abstract:

In order to make the comprehensive assessment of multiple factors in gynoecious line breeding of bitter gourd, and select the excellence germplasm resources and combination, 9 bitter ground hybrids were developed by gynoecious line 43 as female line and 9 self lives as male lines. Their 13 main characteristics were made a synthetic judgment by using grey situation decision method. The results showed that the order of gray relational weight of each character was as follows: total yield>weight per fruit>number of fruits>transverse diameter>fruit length>yield at early stage>flesh thickness>percentage of female flowers>main stem diameter>area of leaf>node length>abloom days of female flowers>node of first female flower. The measure-value on comprehensive effects of 43×K1 was 0.9343. It was the most excellent combination in this test.
