花生含油量研究进展

Recent Progress in Oil Content of Arachis hypogaea L.

摘要:

含油量是花生重要的品质性状之一,是育种工作者改良花生品质性状的主要目标。笔者简述了花生含油量的组成与比例,回顾了环境因素、营养元素和其它相关性状3个方面的外部因素对花生含油量的影响,总结了人们利用经典遗传学和分子数量遗传学的方法在花生含油量遗传方面的研究进展,并从采用切实可行性的农艺调控措施、协调好紧密相关性状之间的关系、利用现代育种手段辅助选择以及弄清含油量分子层面上的遗传机理等4个方面提出了改良花生含油量的方法。

Abstract:

Oil content is one of the important quality traits and the main object of the breeders to improve quality traits in peanut. In this paper, the composition and proportion of the peanut oil content were briefly described, the impact of external factors on peanut oil content in the three aspects of the environmental factors, nutrients and other related traits was reviewed. The genetic research progress of the peanut oil content in classic and molecular quantitative genetics was summarized. In addition, the method of improving the peanut oil content was made in the four aspects, that applying practicable agronomic control measures, coordinating the relationship among closely related traits, using modern breeding techniques to assisted selection and clarifying the genetic mechanism of the oil content on the molecular level.
