甲酸、乙酸体系分离苎麻麻骨纤维素和木质素的研究

Research on Isolation of Cellulose and Lignin from the Bone of Ramie by Formic Acid-acetic Acid System

摘要: 为了系统分离苎麻麻骨中的纤维素和木质素,并对此进行开发利用,采用甲酸-乙酸体系对苎麻麻骨中的纤维素和木质素进行提取分离,探讨了甲酸乙酸水配比、固液比和温度对纤维素和木质素提取效果的影响,同时对分离的纤维素进行了红外分析和部分金属元素含量分析。结果表明,最优工艺条件为甲酸/乙酸/水(45/35/20),固液比为1/20(g/mL),提取温度100℃,在此条件下,纤维素得率为66.54%,木质素提取率为35.1%。提取分离的纤维素中重金属Pb的含量为0。本研究结果为苎麻资源综合开发利用提供技术支持,也为其他植物生物质资源利用提供了理论参考。

Abstract: For separation and utilization of cellulose and lignin in the bone of ramie, the cellulose and lignin in the bone of ramie were separated by formic acid-acetic acid system. The mass fraction of the ratio of formic acid-acetic acid-water, solid and liquid ratio, reaction temperature on separation effect were studied. Simultaneously, the FT-IR and some metals content were studied on the cellulose separated from the bone of ramie. The results showed that: the optimum conditions were formic acid /acetic acid/water (45/35/20), solid and liquid ratio of 1/20 (g/mL) and the extraction temperature of 100℃. The yield rate of cellulose was 66.54% and the extraction rate of lignin was 35.1% in the optimum conditions. The content of heavy metal Pb in the cellulose was 0. The results of this study were to provide the technical guidance for ramie resources comprehensive development and utilization, at the same to provide a theoretical reference for utilization of other plant resources.
