美国技术性壁垒对中美茶叶贸易影响的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Impact of U.S. Technical Barriers to the Tea Trade of China and the United States

摘要: 为探究影响中国茶叶对美国出口的因素及其影响程度,根据1991—2010年相关茶叶贸易数据,分析了近20年中美两国的茶叶贸易情况。通过回归模型实证分析发现,技术性壁垒是中国茶叶对美出口的主要障碍,此外中国茶叶单位平均价格和总产量等也会对两国茶叶贸易产生显著影响。通过对这些因素之间的影响关系进一步定量分析,提出中国茶叶出口应对美国技术性壁垒的政策建议:政府健全中国茶叶管理的标准化体系,企业提高技术创新能力并增强标准化意识,行业协会自我改进信息服务工作。

Abstract: According to the related sino-american tea trade data from 1991 to 2010, influencing factors of export from China to the US was intended to analyze. Through the regression model of empirical analysis, it was found that the main obstacle was the technical barrier. What's more, the average price of Chinese tea and the total output also had a significant impact on the tea trade between two countries. In the part of discussion, this article proposed the policy suggestions that the government should improve the standardization system of Chinese tea management, and enterprises should improve technology innovation ability, standardization consciousness, and industry association should improve self-service work.
