不同生长调节剂拌种对小麦幼苗生长的调节效应

Effect of Seed Dressing with Various Growth Regulator on Seedling Stage of Wheat

摘要: 为了研究生长调节剂对小麦苗期生长的调节效应,通过盆栽条件下3种生长调节剂5个剂量拌种试验,旨在探讨不同生长调节剂适宜的施用剂量。结果表明:多效唑、种衣剂、拌种剂进行小麦拌种均能提高种子胚乳消耗初始速率,加快种子胚乳消耗转化,促进种子萌发,有降低发芽势、提高发芽率效应,达到早出苗的效果。多效唑拌种对麦苗有加快生育进程、缩短叶片长度、降低苗高、增加叶片宽度、促进分蘖、增加干物质积累等效应,有利于达到壮苗效果,拌种浓度以1~1.5 g/kg为宜。种衣剂、拌种剂拌种对麦苗有加快叶龄进程、增加分蘖、增加干物质积累等效应,有利于促进麦苗生长,形成壮苗,拌种浓度分别以8~10 g/kg、1.5~2 g/kg为宜。

Abstract: A pot experiment of seed dressing with three growth regulators at five dose was conducted in the test, the regulating effects of those growth regulators on seedling growth in wheat were studied to determine the dose of those growth regulators. The main results were as follow: the seed dressing of PP333, seed coating formulation and seed dressing agent could decrease germination energy and improve germination rate. Applying these three growth regulator to the production was safe for regular seedling emergence. And these three growth regulator could increase the initial rate of endosperm consumption, accelerate the translation of endosperm consumption, promote the seed germination and improve the emergence of young seedling. The young seedlings treated with PP333 accelerated the processes of development, shortened the length of leaf, decreased plant height, increased the leaf width, promoted tillers and increased accumulation of dry matter. The appropriate concentration was 1-1.5 g/kg. The seed coating formulation and seed dressing agent accelerated the leaf age, increased tillers and dry matter accumulated and was benefit to cultivating seedling. The treatments had significant effects when the seed coating formulation of 8-10 g/kg and seed dressing agent of 1.5-2 g/kg.
