昼夜温差对中华金叶榆叶色的影响研究初报

Effect of Day-night Temperature Difference on Leaf Color of Ulmus pumila‘Zhonghua Jinye’

摘要: 以中华金叶榆(Ulmus pumila‘Zhonghua Jinye’)嫁接苗为材料,测定其不同昼夜温差下叶片中部分生理指标的变化。结果显示:随昼夜温差增大,叶绿素总量和叶绿素a含量先降低后升高,叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的变化趋势相反,而可溶性糖含量一直呈现上升趋势。不同昼夜温差下叶绿素与类胡萝卜素的比值表现为:10℃<5℃<15℃<0℃<20℃,叶绿素a与叶绿素b比值表现为:10℃<5℃<0℃<15℃<20℃。由此可见,昼夜温差为10℃时,有利于中华金叶榆叶片叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的积累,且叶绿素与类胡萝卜素,叶绿素a与叶绿素b比值最小,中华金叶榆叶片呈色最佳。

Abstract: This study intended to measure the changes of the physiological parameters of Ulmus pumila‘Zhonghua Jinye’leaves under day-night temperature difference stress. The result showed that the content of chlorophyll and chlorophyll-a of leaves decreased firstly, and then increased with day-night temperature difference increase. Conversely, the content of chlorophyll-b and corticoid showed the opposite attribute and the content of soluble sugar increased all the time in this condition. By the effect of day-night temperature difference, chlorophyll/corticoid: 10℃<5℃<15℃<0℃<20℃, chlorophyll-a/chlorophyll-b: 10℃<5℃<0℃<15℃<20℃. These resultes indicated that T3 was positive to the accumulation of chlorophyll-b and corticoid, and had the minimum ratio of chlorophyll to corticoid and chlorophyll-a to chlorophyll-b; to view and admire Ulmus pumila‘Zhonghua Jinye’this time was recommended.
