Screening the Raspberry Varieties in High Altitude and Studying on Nutrition Composition of Raspberry

摘要: 为了筛选适合高海拔地区栽培的树莓品种,在高海拔地区对4个树莓品种进行筛选及营养成分的比较分析,结果表明,同一品种不同海拔,海拔由高到低,可溶性固形物、还原糖、总糖等营养成分逐渐升高,维生素C含量逐渐降低,气温越高含总糖量越高。4个品种中,奇里考特的可溶性固形物含量最高,还原糖最高,口感最好,适合在高海拔地区推广种植。而秋金的果期长,口感适中,但易破碎,不宜运输,适宜加工,适宜在城市周围适宜种植。

Abstract: In order to select the suitable high altitude cultivated varieties of raspberry, the paper screened four raspberry varieties at high altitude and analyzed the nutrition composition of raspberry. The results showed that the soluble solid content, reducing sugar, total sugar and other nutrients of the same variety gradually increased with altitude from high to low. But the content of vitamin C decreased gradually. The higher the temperature, the higher the total sugar content it had. The content of soluble solids and reducing sugar of Chilcotin blackberry was highest, and the taste was best in the four species. It was suitable for planting in high altitude area. The Fall Gold fruit period was long and taste was moderate. But it was easily broken and not easily transported. It was suitable for processing and growing around in the environs of the city.
